This beautiful detached villa is located in Gulpinar Area of Dalyan town. Located in a quiet/peaceful area and only 10 minutes walking distance to bars and restaurants. Nearest super market is only 5 minutes walking distance.
The villa comprising 5 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with en-suit bathroom and a shared bathroom is on the ground floor which is good for disable people to use; 1 twin bedroom and 2 double bedrooms are on the first floor which all bedrooms has en-suite bathrooms and in the loft there is a large bedroom with 1 king size bed and 1 single bed which has en-suite bathroom. 11 people can sleep in beds, suitable for large families. Cot and high chair is provided. The villa is fully air-conditioned and in the kitchen area water cooler is available. The villa has a fully fitted and well equipped open-plan kitchen on the ground floor and lounge with TV.
It is set in a private, walled, landscaped garden with a variety of interesting plants and fruit trees. There is a very large size private swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers. There is also dining table in the terrace area for eating, drinking and sitting and outside BBQ/Grill is available by the pool side. The villa has UNLIMITED WI-FI Internet Access.
P.S: We would require breakage deposit 300 GBP cash at the check-in. We will refund this money after we check the villa and if no big damage at check-out time!
