VILLA ALTUN 1

Villa Altun 2 is designed to meet the standards of a private luxury villa, in a quiet location surrounded by green farmland, away from the dense development in Dalyan. Its most important feature is that it offers guests ease of use, as it is a single-story structure. There are two separate luxury villas, each with a 250 m² single-story structure and high ceilings, situated on a 2,000 m² lot. Each villa is in a separate location with a 1,000 m²² detached garden and pool. A high wall separates the two gardens so that guests cannot see or hear one another.
Both villas feature a unique design, and their large terraces face east, allowing them to enjoy direct sunlight from morning until 3:00 p.m.

There is a separate garage for each villa. After guests park their car, they enter the interior through the steel door; after 6:00 p.m., they leave the road and noise pollution behind.

At the edge of the villa’s property, there is a 3,000 m² fruit orchard and an organic vegetable garden belonging to the villa on the east side. After strolling among the trees in the orchard, you can pick tomatoes, peppers, and other produce from your garden to enjoy for breakfast. You can collect and use eggs from our chicken coop in the orchard.

Each bedroom in the villa has a private bathroom, and there are no door thresholds anywhere in the entire unit, making it accessible to guests with disabilities. All kitchen appliances are top-of-the-line models; all air conditioners are DAIKIN brand to minimize noise; all linens are of the highest quality; and all walls are constructed with high-insulation materials.

Villa Altun 2 is situated on a 1,250 m² lot. It features a large private pool measuring 60 m² and 1.55 m deep, along with a children’s pool and an outdoor shower on the side. There are sun loungers and umbrellas to accommodate the villa’s capacity. You’ll find a stone barbecue on the side between the villa and the pool. Next to the main entrance, there is parking for one car.

Villa Altun 1 is a single-story home, ideal for those who have difficulty climbing stairs. It features a spacious living room with a kitchen and dining area, as well as 4 bedrooms.

There is a separate restroom at the entrance, and all 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers. Each bedroom includes a double bed, two nightstands with lamps, and a wardrobe.

The open-plan living room with kitchen features a comfortable lounge area with a television and a dining area that seats eight guests. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a sandwich maker, a kettle, various kitchen utensils, plates, dishes, cutlery, and glasses—including wine glasses, mugs, coffee cups, and tea mugs, etc.
From the lounge, you step out onto a shaded terrace overlooking the pool. The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture—a table and 8 chairs. The villa is located in the Metinler neighborhood of Dalyan—about 10 minutes from the town center and 5–7 minutes from the Saturday organic market.

All linens are washed, dried, and ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry room and are repackaged and ready for use before new guests arrive.

With a commitment to the health and hygiene of our guests staying at the villa, the entire villa is disinfected after cleaning on the same day the guests check in and out.
