“Clean room but shower not fully covered. when we shower water is everywhere, on toilet, on the floor, and when we walk the water is everywhere in the room. No HOT WATER at all. We have to shower in cold water. some days i didn't shower at all. staff was good in helping and everything. ”

“Impressive lobby and pool area. The ocean/beach area is run down and could be nice if they would rake it and spend an hour a day working on cleaning up the sand. The cement around the pool is chipping and hurts to walk on. An awesome free breakfast. We ate lunch 3 times from the pool bar and had dinner 4 times in the lobby. All meals were excellent. “Okay room size, quite comfortable bed, good shower, but man was that aircon noisy! It sounded like a jet plane was taking off, some sort of motor generator inside the wall in the room itself was powering the fan and that, unfortunately, brings down my overall rating of this hotel. The breakfast was mostly tasteless with the exception of the pineapple which was good, otherwise everything else available tasted of....nothing at all. Not overly impressed with this place, plus they add on 35 dollars...

“Stayed a night here together with my husband before traveling to the east coast of the island. The service was excellent and the hotel is located relatively close to the airport and has free parking. A complimentary breakfast can be had at a nearby café/restaurant. Will stay here again if I come back to San Juan. ”

“Good hotel for the price and location. Friendly staff and the pool/hot tub was nice. Condition was ok. Our door would not close all the way on its' own. Rooms were pretty clean. The location is the best part about this hotel. Right next to the beach and very close walk to restaurants, casinos, and La Placita night life. Worth the price.”
