"The room was very nice, comfy and spacious. But.... You cannot adjust the temperature in the wintertime. heating is always on. I had to have a fully open window and it was below freezing point outside, yet my room was too hot. I asked other guests, they had the same problem. I asked the front desk and they said they could not help except giving me a fan."

"Rummet har fint med en underbar hänförande utsikt mot stadslivet utanför fönstret. Tyst och lugnt med ett rum högt upp i byggnaden. Fin lounge med bra sittplatser både i grupp och enskilt. Många fina tablebooks att titta i och du kunde väga din väska vid utcheckningen som en kul detalj. På samma plan fanns det en restaurang och en kiosk. Det finns också möjlighet att tvätta själv."

"I was worried there would be noise from the city below but our room was so quiet! (17th floor) Stayed with a friend and I can confirm that the window between the bathroom and the bedroom can be very well blocked from the inside of the bathroom. Although no lock on the sliding mirror-bathroom door that I could find, but that's ok. Absolutely wonderful hotel, would definitely stay here again with friends, partner or alone if i am going to Hongdae. Shopping just around the corner and a short walk to the nightlife and subwaystation. Also very helpful and nice staff. "

"Vi kom till hotellet tidigt på morgon men fick superbra service så vi fick tillgång till vårt rum tidigare trots att vi var för tidigare. Guld verkligen! Frukosten var inte alls som vi trodde, de hade inga pålägg förutom smör och sylt. Frukosten hade vi kunnat vara utan, annars superbra"

"Great hotel, felt very clean and comfortable! Good service. The location is good with restaurants and shops in the area. Takes about 35-40 minutes to areas like myeongdong but the subway is really easy once you get the hang of it. :) Would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family. "

"The service was top-of-the-line and the cleaning lady was one of the nicest old ladies I’ve ever met. The breakfast was also really good and the staff always ensured that you were satisfied and that all your needs were fullfilled and helped you to the best of their ability. I would absolutely choose Golden Seoul again."
