Very friendly staffs especially Korean- speaking lady who is very kind and warm to greet you which makes your stay comfortable and feel at home in some degrees. "Central location, very nice onsen with multiple pools (one cold) and a sauna. Rooftop pool is nice but entrance is booked in advance. The view is worth it though. Top restaurant is nice: food is good but the interior could be improved. It’s ok though. Staff is very friendly."
