We stayed for a couple of nights during the summer and we were generally happy with our stay. The apartment building is located next to a big road and even though the building itself is sound isolated the front door and the balcony door is not. The kitchen fan and the bathroom ventilation is also letting through sound from the roads and streets outside, so be prepared for that and to use earplugs during the night. The cleaning was ok, during our stay we found black hairs in the clean towels, dirt on some surfaces and some food leftovers on the low table. But overall a nice stay with access to Dotonbori, shopping, street food and much more within walking distance.

Big room with great location

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. A walking distance to most of places such as the night market, Nipponbashi Denden Town, restaurants, etc. The room was big and there were very clear instructions with pictures and written in English, for example how to use the washing machine, water boiler and so on. So it was really easy to use all the equipment. The check-in was really easy after we received the check-in instructions. They didn't send us the instructions before our check-in time and we had to call them and ask them to it to us. It was very stressful for us since we only bought a data plan sim card. This means we can't make a phone call. We had to find a telephone booth at the train station and figure out how to make a call from that. Another thing is the noise from traffic is loud at night. If you are a light sleeper like me then you might have difficulty falling asleep but my boyfriend has no issue falling asleep since he is not very sensitive to noices.

This hotel is both close to Dotonbori and train stations which was very convenient to us as travellers. We were able to get around easily and see many sights. The room itself was clean and spacious with good amenities which made our stay very comfortable. Communication with the host was great and check in / check out was also very easy. We will definitely stay here again if coming back to the Osaka area! ありがとうございました！

Location was the biggest benefit for us. It’s close to Dotonbori and a lot of shopping and restaurants. The price was really good and the apartment was clean. The only issue we experienced was the foul odor of the shower drain in the morning. We brought it to the attention of the owner and they responded right away, sending deodorizer. Many convenient stores in walking distance which was helpful. We will stay here again.

Great location and the place was spotless. For the price point, we were completely shocked at the kind of place we got. The location was great, it had a washer, semi kitchen and way bigger space than a hotel, we couldn’t have asked for more. Japanese food is awesome but it’s nice to be able to cook your own food every once in awhile. Highly recommend to everyone and will likely stay again in our next trip to Osaka! Thank you

We enjoyed our stay at I cube Kozu Apartment. The unit is very clean and all amenities are available and convenient. The location is excellent. It’s about a 10 minute walk to Dotonbori. We would absolutely stay here again on our next Osaka trip and would recommend it to our friends.

The space was clean and basic supplies were provided which is really helpful. Dotonbori is 15 mins walk, there is grocery and laundry area right next to the accommodation. Really accessible as train station is only 7 mins walk plus there are loads of restaurants around that served authentic and delicious Japanese food. A great place to stay! Thank you!

Super great stay! Very spacious for my boyfriend and I and our two large suitcases for 6 days. Space was well equipped and management answered all of our messages immediately. Check in and check out was smooth. The apartment is a ~20 minute walk from the Shinsaibashi Shopping Street, ~6 minute walk to Nippombashi station, and just a couple minutes away from Dotonburi and the river, which was really convenient. There are plenty of convenience stores and spots to eat close to the apartment as well, if you want to make quick/close stops. There was a bit of a fishy kind of smell in the apartment that was bad upon arrival, but after running the AC and getting some air freshener it wasn’t very noticeable for the rest of the stay. Overall very satisfied! Thank you for the comfortable stay :)

Staff was very helpful when i arrived. I got there too early but they took my bags in and placed them inside my apartment while i went out and explored the city. The apartment itself was amazing! Washer worked perfectly and the neighbors were very respectful. I have no complaints and i will definitely rebook this when i visit again!
