Airport pick up was bungled up and we ended up waiting but the hotel was very apologetic and waived the fee due to inconvenience caused. Their customer service response was appreciated. â

Rummet var stort och fint och innehÄller allt man behöver. Det finns flera restauranger och frukosten var vÀlförsedd och innehÄller allt.

Hotellet var över förvĂ€ntningar och vi latade oss vid den glittrande poolen flera dagar. Den inkluderade frukosten var jĂ€ttegod, och omelett och scrambled eggs fanns pĂ„ bestĂ€llning. Ăven roomservicen hade god mat. Plus Ă€r att över gatan lĂ„g ett litet shoppingcenter me coffee cafe day och mc donalds. Skulle gĂ€rna besöka detta hotell igen!â
âHotellet har personal som Ă€r vĂ€ldigt hjĂ€lpsam och serviceinriktad. PoolomrĂ„det Ă€r exotiskt och fint trots att det Ă€r lite slitet. Maten som serveras Ă€r variationsrik och god. Det mousserande vinet var dock ett bottennapp.â
âThe four stars might have been true 10 years ago, now worn. Nothing wrong with that but far from four stars. Lots of broken machines in the gym made it impossible to run on treadmill due to the waiting list. â
âThe standard of the hotel is okay and the staff is very helpfull. The foos in the restaurant is good when you get used to the special service and the scented smell they use to clean the room.
The internet connection was unfortionetly very bad and one of the reasons we choose this hotel was because they had Wifi, but it took more energy to try and make it work than to use it.
Overall we are happy about the hotel but we wouldn't want to stay there more than one week. it's really a weekend hotel...
