“BUYER BEWARE! It was 36 degrees outside and we weren't getting any heat in a pretty small space 380 sq ft. Got through the night and reached out to host first thing in the morning - they offered a space heater. We declined as I am not comfortable with them due to a previous incident with a family member. Offered a blanket. That wasn't going to help. Was never offered help troubleshooting assistance or to have a member of what they later referred to as the Maintenance TEAM come out to help us....
