“What a beautiful property! We had 7 ladies 70 on our annual adventure. Couldn't have asked for more! The bedrooms were nicely appointed with bathroom and balcony! The living room and kitchen were spacious and were equipped with everything you could possibly need. The elevator was a real plus as some of us were physically challenged. The walk to the beach was easy and close. Several restaurants were close walking distance. All and all very enjoyable place to stay.”

“We drove down from Decatur, GA. The condo was very clean, new furniture and beautiful decor. Comfy beds and unexpected extras like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and rolls of toilet paper in bathrooms. Also provided cleaning supplies, dishwashing liquid, rolls of paper towels in the kitchen. Although we were disappointed in not finding any pots in the kitchen nor cable service, we had a wonderful stay. Miranda answered my distress call when we were heading out to Savannah to a make it in time...

“The owner always replied within minutes if i had a question. The house layout was perfect for the group that stayed there. Everyone was able to spread out. The elevator was very helpful with bringing up so much stuff!!”

“This is our 3rd stay here-and the kids love it sooo much! Esp the swing chair in the living room and the ping pong table downstairs :-) it is so cozy and an easy walk to the beach! Very family and kid friendly.”

“I highly recommend this property. The house was extremely spacious and outdoor shower was a great amenity after the beach. The newly renovated kitchen was well stocked with dishes, coffee and hot chocolate, and other kitchen essentials.Check out process was easy. Hosts were very kind and communicated quickly upon messaging. I loved the beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, coolers, beach carts, etc). Loved both the front porch and back screened porch.”

“This was a cozy cottage to stay a long weekend in Tybee. It was a great location. It could have maybe used more cleaning (we have a 10 month old and he was covered in dirt and dust from crawling around the house). The bathroom looked updated and the beds were pretty cozy. We did a load of laundry before leaving so that was helpful. We couldn't figure out the old-fashioned lock at first! ”

“Cute beachy vibe place, fabulous location, generally in good condition wirh a few minor issues. Would have liked a curtain on front door and a lock on back patio screen door. The front door was a bit loose and needed weather stripping and the living room air vent was hanging down a bit but were all fixed before we left. Other than that, sunrises or sunsets from the many beach access points beach are all just a few minutes walk from the front door. Definately recomend!”
