It had room coffee, which was good considering there was no breakfast, but the packets for the coffee had a “sugar substitute.”...

“They can't figure out your payment method during check-in. They decided to double charge me for the room since they couldn't figure out room was paid in advance. The second charge didn't even match the original cost so they were trying to get even more money out of me. The staff is incredibly incompetent I've never had these issues booking and paying in the past. They also do not care how late you got in to the hotel. The cleaning staff was beating on doors more then 2 hours before checkout. We...
