“Grymt hotell. Ligger på lugna Chartier Street som är nära turistgatan Bourbon St (som inte är snöigt särskilt kul mer än att kolla på folk och undvika bli lurad av folk som vill sälja grejer) samt det härliga musikaliska Frenchman St där det fanns goa band att kolla på varje dag.
En bit att gå om man skulle till en av de stora boulevarderna med spårvagnar som har dig till andra delar än de franska kvarteren. Men det var snarare bara en fördel. Kändes fräscht, säkert och trevligt. Bra poolområde...

The location is amazing, just close enough to the French Quarter and the River to be a quick walk, but not so close that you're worried about the revelers on Burbon wandering over and making noise.”

"Great and nice security people.
Bad cleaning 3 out of 4 days (towels looked dirty, half made bed, old plastic cup left on table etc). Tried to tip extra to get better cleaning, but no. When we did not tip, the cleaning was good, so probably we tipped wrong person.
Tried breakfast in the bar, but waiting time was long and the serving was stopped in the kitchen at the same time we got to order.
Interior in public areas are beautiful. Pool area nice, but really cold water. Good location. "

"Okey location, close to Canal street/Bourbon street. Trams and buses outside the hotel.
We recommend Frenchman street much better unless you are 21 and just wanna drink and party.
The food along Canal street is not great and overpriced, like most in tourist areas.
The breakfast at Sonesta hotel was okey, a couple of veggies and it would be better.
The bed was really good!
No pressure in the shower unless you turned it all the way up to the hottest, burning!
No housekeeping unless you stayed at least 7 nights, new towels where available at the front desk.
Laundry room was 4 dollar per machine and wash. "
