“This place was such a disappointment. The carpets are filthy, the shower water slows to a trickle every 16 seconds, then comes back ice-cold and then raging hot. The air conditioning units are just swamp coolers taped to the window. The front door lacks a deadbolt, so anyone could simply use a credit card to break into the room or just remove the combo box on the front to get in. “The apartment was on the 5th floor with a spiral staircase. The elevator only worked one time going up and once going down. One in our party had a bad knee and one has poor eyesight! I was NOT MADE AWARE of the elevator issues until shortly before checkin. (The certificate in the elevator indicated it was about a year overdue for inspection. The location was very good and the place was clean and good for three people. The kitchen had few dishes, etc. but we didn't really need them. The bathrooms...

“Location was great. Smoke alarms need to be replaced as one was disabled prior to arrival and we had to disable another one due to it going off constantly during night.”

“Room did the job, unfortunately the lights in both bedrooms did not work. Be aware images may not match the room you receive. Multiple stains on the couch, that are questionable at best. Won’t stay again, but we made it work.”

“The location is perfect walking distance to multiple T stops and to most everything you could want to do in Boston. The place was comfortable and nice. Safe. The bathroom could use a deep clean that would be my only critique, soaps were watered down and the shower floor didn't look well scrubbed. Outside of this my husband and I had a wonderful time check in and communication were easy. Would stay again.”

“The property itself is good and the management team was responsive and first class! The issue is the night club a few doors down and the noise associated with it. We were unable to sleep from 10pm to 3am due to the crowd noise, yelling and loud music and horn blasts that went on Saturday and Sunday night. Monday was the only decent night of rest we could muster. There was no police presence and hearing fights and raised voices made us feel unsafe to venture out to see what was going on. Good...

“This is the ideal spot if you’re staying in Duxbury. We came down for a wedding, and Rick‘s place was in the center of everything. Easy access to the water, to an incredible bakery three doors down and to Island Creek Oysters, where the reception was.The condo is spacious, extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed.
