"We had a fantastic stay at Namba Oriental Hotel! The value for money was outstanding. The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of Namba. As soon as you step outside the hotel, you’re surrounded by restaurants, shopping, convenience stores, and everything you could possibly need.
The rooms were clean, modern, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the entire hotel felt fresh and welcoming.
One of the biggest highlights was the complimentary guest lounge, where coffee, soft drinks, snacks, and light refreshments were available from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. It was such a thoughtful touch and something our family really appreciated after a long day of sightseeing.
Another great benefit was the free laundry facilities, which were clean, modern, and very convenient for families or anyone staying several nights.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka. It exceeded our expectations in every way."
