“Service minded personel everybody is helpfull and nice.Best place in Kosice.Good facilities.Fantastic bed very comphortable.On minus side they spray rooms but it did not affect me cause they respected my no spray no perfume request.Also first in a hotel i open window widely for few minutes here it opens only for ventilation Good for february but will be hardly acceptable in may.BUT POSITIVES SOO MUCH OUTWEIGH negatives.Great Place.”

“This hotel is amazing i would really recommend it for families who love hiking in the mountains and having a perfectly relaxing spa hotel to retreat to before or after hiking. The kids room was also amazing and older kids have their own space to watch movies and play ping pong. Spa area is the main attraction of the hotel. “Un magnifico hotel en plena montana. Habitacion muy agradable, excelente desayuno. Personal un poco distante. Cuidado con el acceso al hotel si tienes coche ya que es imposible aparcar y se debe dejar el vehiculo en el valle y coger un transporte del hotel pero el procedimiento es folklorico Cena buffet correcto.
