“Hotel is in a great location to Ball State University and restaurants. It was quiet and parking was great with various doors to access the hotel.”

“Room did have a blinking light on the fire alarm that flashed bright white all night. Neighbors went in and out frequently and rooms are not noise proof. Breakfast and pool were excellent! Room was spacious. Excellent facilities.”

“We stay here because of the proximity to the football stadium and tailgate fields. It's always too warm and you can't get the a/c to cool it off. It turns off after a minute or two.”

“Raj was helpful at the front desk and available when needed. We also enjoyed watching the turtle in the lobby.”

“Kind owners and quiet property. I've stayed here a few times now and have enjoyed both stays.”

“This property needs a lot of help”

“Limpieza y amplitud en las habitaciones”

“A small but charming 1 bedroom apartment with a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture, especially the bed, was very comfortable. The kitchen came stocked with some supplies, including coffee pods for the Keurig machine. It was very helpful that there was a washer/dryer with detergent. Off-street parking was not available but there was always a spot on the street out in front. We enjoyed our stay.”
