“Very nice place for a trip on a budget. If you’re 6ft or higher be aware of the short ceilings, you might need to duck down quite a bit. The neighborhood might seem a little sketchy if you’re not used to cities but you’re completely safe. Be aware before you rent you’re in the basement of where the people who own it live. Walkable to downtown, the river and anywhere you could want to go. Overall I recommend this place. ”

“This Roav managed apartment in downtown Spokane was just want we needed. The location is excellent – a quick walk to Riverside Park and other central Spokane attractions. Lots of great coffee shops, restaurants, shops and entertainment, all within easy walking distance. The apartment is cozy, with large windows in the living/kitchen area which let in lots of great light. The kitchen was well equipped. We particularly appreciated the nice electric kettle for making hot tea. Our host, Jake,...
