“I loved staying here. It is a very tight staircase and upper loft bedroom. A large person might not be as comfortable. The location is beautiful and peaceful.”

“Enjoyed our 2-day stay and John was very responsive on check in process and questions. Nice dock to moor boat and easy access to good fishing spots as well as short walk to trestle trailhead. Cooked a few full meals-kitchen has everything you need. It was hot when we stayed but the AC kept us cool and comfortable. Would stay again!”

“As advertised - the house is right on the lake. The home is well maintained and cared for. There’s four in our family. The 1-year-old excitedly said “flowers, flowers, flowerrrrrs” upon seeing the photo of sunflowers in her room every time she was being put down. The 4-year-old made good use out of the Disney Princess themed “hidden objects” book in her room and went ham on her first summer of “swimming alone” down by the dock ( splashing in waist high water with a life jacket on). “This was our short summer vacation as a family while attending a wedding in Newport. The small home was perfect for us! We planned like we were camping as small-town shopping is approx 20 each way. Because the house & lake are amazing, we wanted all the time we could to be AT the rental. We very much enjoyed our stay!”
