“I had high expectations for La Quinta, since I had stayed in other La Quinta hotels and had good experiences but this one was disappointing. First of all the room was not properly maintained and showed significant signs of neglect. There was water damage all over the ceiling, the bathtub was dirty and clogged, and the toilet seat was broken. “This is a lovely property located in the heart of Wichita. I truly appreciated the location because it’s near a lot of restaurants & entertainment but in the evening you come home to a quiet very clean comfortable space. The owner was very eager to help out in any way.”

“Decent place for the cost, if you don’t mind the funky smell in a couple of the bedrooms. Ours smelled like dirty feet. The ceiling fans were coated in dust and the bedrooms could have been vacuumed better. Beds were comfortable however. The microwave hadn’t been cleaned in heaven knows how long and smelled funky very time we turned it on. ”
