“I was surprised how low the beds were to the floor, but I had no problem getting in or out. As an elderly person I do feel a grab bar for stepping in and out of the shower would be very helpful. Glad you had coffee and creamer on site. ”

“This rental met our basic needs. The good news was that it was really clean inside, great water pressure for the shower, & a safe neighborhood. Disappointment was the lack of curb appeal. The backyard and front yards were neglected. Mostly dirt, leaves, & weeds. With beautiful spring weather, we wanted to sit outside and enjoy. Yet, the outdoor space is woefully lacking. Overall, the property was ok. It felt like the property mgmt company only did the basic necessities with little...

“We needed to go to Wichita to take care of some things for my elderly mother in law. However, 3 of our kids families and 7 of our grandkids live in the area as well. Although only a few of the grandkids actually spent the night with us, it was place for all of us to gather, break bread, catch-up and watch some basketball. Alexandra, was a great host and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone and look forward to renting it again in the future.”

“The home has been updated and Esthetically pleasing. This would have been a grande home back in the day. The floors are very creaky and a little soft in the kitchen. Overall it was a good stay and a short, inexpensive uber ride away from the festivities. Convenient grocery store across the street and restaurants in the walkable area. Hosts were very accomodating for check in and check out.”
