Villetta Bianca is introduced by a private driveway and a pedestrian gate which opens into a porch on the raised ground floor.
on the ground floor there are the living room with double sofa bed and open kitchen, with access to the garden at the back and the stairs that lead to the basement floor, where there are 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, yard, bathroom and outdoor full bathroom.
In the garden there are the outdoor dining area and a useful outdoor shower.

Bianca is in Otranto, one of the most beautiful and famous towns in
Puglia, ideal for a holiday by the sea in Salento. The holiday home is
in the outskirts, a short drive away from the city centre and other
seaside locations such as the Alimini lakes and beaches, Porto Badisco,
the bauxite quarry and the Palascia lighthouse.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in the double bedroom.
- Incomplete second and third bathroom.
