Panorama d`Otranto is a vacation rental apartment in Otranto, sleeping up to 4 people. Located on the second floor of a modern building with elevator, the apartment is comfortable and allows you to enjoy exceptional sea views.

house is located on the second floor of in an apartment building served
by an elevator. It consists of hallway with air conditioning, living
room with open kitchen, large window with sea view and double sofa bed, double bedroom, a bathroom with shower.
From the living room is accessible the veranda equipped for
outdoor dining overlooking the bay of Otranto. Also in the living room
there is a spiral staircase leading to the upper terrace where you can
enjoy a wonderful panoramic view.

The condominium in which Appartamento Panorama d`Otranto is located is in the built-up area of the "City of Martyrs," just 250 meters from the town beach and 400 meters from the Terra d`Otranto waterfront.
All services are at hand and within walking distance.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be retained penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be retained a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living/corridor.
