“The house is in a great location, with a short stroll through the caravan park into the main street.The house is the perfect size with 2 large living areas and great kitchen, and 3 bathrooms. The only downside was the cleanliness. on the surface it looks clean, but the property could so with a deep clean, especially the bathrooms. Overall, we had a lovely time and the owners were amazing, even helping us out with an item left behind! ”

“A rustic cottage with large balcony to enjoy the bushland where we were joined by a local kookaburra and cockatoo. Small view to the water. Bottle of wine to greet us was appreciated. Main bed comfy. Sadly only stayed 1 night out of 3, due to earthworks construction right next door starting at 8am. Not the owner's fault but should advise anyone staying. ”

“What a perfect beach-side retreat, with (just as advertised) views to captivate in any weather. We enjoyed beach walks and cosy fires all in the same day..The home is well appointed and presented, furniture and beds are super comfy, and Sophie is a dream to connect with. We’ll definitely be coming again.”

We made friends with the ponies and goats and the bush setting and sunsets were amazing. Highly recommend this property. Maria and John were great hosts with precise communication and updates. ”

“The house was good but the cleaner's could of cleaned it better before we came, since the owner pays them to do a good job. Personal I would cut the shubs out near the front door and maybe some trees down due to all the leaves around on the deck in case of fires or maybe cover the deck as you couldn't sit out side. Don't get me wrong the house was fantastic with the people we had very spacious not on top of each other which was really good and the owner was great to contact if we needed...

“We enjoyed our stay in warrnambool. The house was a little dated but comfortable enough. For the price I thought it might be a bit nicer but I guess that's just the way things are these days.”

“This place has everything my husband and our two (adult) kids needed. Open, spacious upstairs living area with beautiful views. Downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms are exceptionally clean and stylishly renovated; easy walk to beach and cruisey walk to shops/cafes. Highly recommend. We hope to return. Thank you Graham. ”
