“Upon arrival to the property we were greeted by a young man with a beautiful smile and excellent attitude that immediately makes us feel welcome. Our room was clean, air conditioning worked properly we chose to sleep in so, we missed breakfast. I am sure it’s delicious.”

“It is always a pleasure staying at this DoubleTree. The staff always greets us with a smile and are very helpful. The property always smells great and it is in top condition, it is honestly a home away from home. will definitely keep coming back at least once a month for a staycation :) .”

“Perfect spot for a weekend stay, our shower head kept coming off when showering but I managed. Paid to park car in hotel parking this should have been included since paying for more then one night.but over all was clean, quiet and next to everything and had Starbucks available in lobby nice place!”

“My children stuck in the elevator twice. The rooms were not clean there was a funny smell. Air conditioner in one of the rooms did not work properly. ”

“Check in process was quick, the staff member that helped me was very kind and parking was not an issue many spaces and the property had more in the back where there was a second entrance. The room was clean. I plan to stay at this location the next time I am in San Antonio ”
