This 2-bedroom, 2-bathrooms charming historic home is the perfect combination of historic charm and modern elegance. This home, located in the heart of downtown Ouray blocks from the Ouray Hot Springs pool, is all about its exceptional location. Located within walking distance of Ouray's fine restaurants, shops, and one-of-a-kind galleries, this location is unbeatable. The sunroom features a great Pac-Man game system for you to enjoy!

Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom - Queen Bed (Main Level).
2nd Bedroom - Bunk Bed/ Single over Double (Main Level).

This property is pet friendly, and the pet is fee is $40/per day (max. $250) with a maximum of 2 dogs. The side and back yard are full fenced in.

Parking is available in the back for 2 cars. Main Street parking is available. No overnight parking 11/1 - 5/1.

ABOUT THE AREA
Nestled at nearly 7,800- Ouray, CO offers year-round outdoor activities and has everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation any time of year! In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park or music in Ridgway's Park! In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray and Ridgway! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

This was a super cute little old house in a great location. It was right on Main Street, but we didn’t notice any road noise. It was actually a perfect location within walking distance to everything in town.

This property is right on Main Street and was perfect for our family of 4 and two small dogs. It is worth noting that it is a historic property so there is a lot of “old house” charm as well as the creaks and things that come with it. My kids absolutely loved the pac man machine! We were glad to have the fenced back yard for our dogs but we did have to cover one area of the gate where our 20lb dog could have crawled underneath. There was an issue with insects that we made management aware of so hopefully they address that before the next guests. We will definitely come back and stay again!

We have stayed in Ouray many times and this was one of our favorites. Yes, the home is old-it’s on the historic registry-and the decor is a mix of antiques and more current pieces. The best attributes are the location and space to spread out. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. Highly recommend!

A group of 4 of us stayed at the place in Ouray for a jeep trip. This place was perfect. It’s located right at the edge of Main Street and within walking distance to the businesses. People drive then park in front of the house just to go down town when we just walk. Located next to the park with the pool and hot spring. Private parking in the back. Great place. I would stay here again.

This is the second time we stay at this Victorian house in Ouray, Colorado. So we were very happy to be back after 4 years. It is very cozy, quiet despite being on main street. Of course, it is an old house, and if you are looking for the most modern amenities and furniture etc this not it. However, the house has everything we needed, and a lot of space. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the backyard, The house is 2-3 minutes by foot from Ouray Hotsprings and it is on Main street, therefore the stores start just one block south of the house. We would love to be back next year!

The property is well kept, clean and in a very convenient location. While located on Main Street, it is just south of the busy part of town. it is about two blocks from shopping, restaurants and bars, and two-ish block from the city/community hot springs. The historic house has a great backyard, deck/grill and off-street parking. I would stay here again when I'm back in Ouray.

Location was great - walking distance to most everything. We brought our dog and yard was nicely fenced and park was steps away. The house was perfect for the two of us. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with a bunk bed with full bottom and single top. Would be good for kids. We would definitely stay here again. We love Ouray!

Overall, a great place to stay. Well equipped and a good location. It would have been nice to receive fewer automatic texts from the management company. Also, it would have been nice to know that it had a standard coffee maker(I hate pods). As a whole, very pleased with the stay.

Nice location. It is priced accordingly for what it is. The furnishings are old and the house is in need of some TLC since several doors do not close. This was our second time to stay at this house. Property management is not very helpful to resolve issues.

This is a wonderful, historic home located right on Main Street. Walking distance to nearly everything. Super close to the hot springs and an easy walk to downtown. Home was clean, quiet and everything we hoped for. Great views in every direction. Plenty of parking for our Suburban and rental jeep. Can’t wait to return.

This house was perfect. We have been to Ouray a few times and this is the first time we have rented a home. Great experience, the property manager was in communication the whole time, everything was clean and stocked. Backyard was very secluded and relaxing. 5 minute walk from the hot springs and main street. Would absolutely rent again. Thank you

Everything went swell for us and hopefully we'll be able to stay at this location again. The only caveat being the master bed. It was too soft and sunk in the middle, making it uncomfortable for a couple to sleep in. Otherwise the house was perfect.

Property charming, spacious, clean, and conveniently located to everything Main Street has to offer. Well stocked except for a toaster. Queen bed sags to middle but ok for short visit. Be aware that a few missing or short fence pickets may not secure smaller pets and frozen temps, luckily, kept muddy yard from being a messy issue. Overall, will definitely book again!

Cottage was clean, adorable, well stocked with the essentials and perfectly located. We were just a few blocks from all of the shops and restaurants, and a short drive to several spectacular hikes. The fenced-in yard was a major bonus for our pup. We will be back!
