Whether you’re sipping morning coffee with mountain views, exploring world-class hiking trails, or soaking in the hot springs just a short walk away, this home is your perfect basecamp for all things Ouray.

• All stays over 30 days require a mid-stay clean; longer stays require a clean every 30 days (additional guest expense).
• Street parking available in front of the home.
• Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
