All of our fully furnished condos have a different theme, from "The Crawler" for all those Jeepers off-road enthusiasts, and the "Ice Axe" for all those amazing ice climbers, to "The Nordic" for all those that enjoy different kinds of self-propelled activities in our beautiful area! While all three ground level 2 bedroom/2bath condos have a different theme, based on amazing area activities, all three have the exact same layout. Each condo is equipped with a full kitchen, which includes spices and condiments, washer and dryer, and even a fireplace for those cozy winter nights. The master has a king bed and television, while the 2nd bedroom has a queen. The couch in the living room pulls out as a hide abed. We are nestled on the Uncompahgre River, with outdoor seating beside the river to enjoy the spectacular sights and sounds. Finally, look up... The mountain views from this property are spectacular!

Perfect Spring Break
First time in Ouray for Spring Break. My husband and I visited Ouray in July 2023. We loved it so much we wanted to experience it during Spring Break with friends. The location was convenient to downtown and to the Twin Peaks Hot Springs. We loved hearing the river from our front step and found the atmosphere to be really relaxing. We enjoyed soaking in the hot springs at Twin Peaks and the easy access to downtown shopping. We drove the Million Dollar Highway to Silverton and it is a beautiful drive. The place was stocked with everything we needed. The owners were quick with a response when we emailed them. It was a very nice place to stay.

Great little place with easy access to Ice Climbing
Perfect basecamp for ice climbing in Ouray. Within walking distance of the gorge and businesses in town. Very clean and spacious for 2-4 people. Full kitchen was fantastic as were the washer and dryer. There is a gas fireplace in the living room that really helps dry out wet gear.

Great location
The place was as described, except the views were even better! When we arrived, the unit was stinky, which we discovered was because there was stuff in the kitchen disposal. We ran hot water and the disposal and problem solved. The unit was comfy, cozy and dog friendly. We walked to everything, which we loved.

Wonderful stay for snowy days
We had the best time staying in this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath. It had all the amenities we needed. We are already booked again for February. Thanks for making our stay so easy in this beautiful VRBO!

Great host! Great Location!
Cam’s places are just as advertised. Furniture is a little dated, but overall in good shape. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will stay there again. One of the better stays with VRBO we’ve had.

Great stay in Ouray!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Ice Axe condo! There was plenty of space for our family of four and our dog. The condo was very clean and fully stocked with everything we need. The location was great - walking distance to town and also to the ice park. We will be back!

I gave this property a 4 star rating for the effort. ironically the welcome letter says we have 5 condo's on the site, please be respectful of other guests privacy. If you want to sleep at night avoid the Ice Axe suite as the metal staircase with 19 steps that allows access to the upper levels 2 x 3 bedroom suites, is attached to the wall that shares the headboard in the king bed in the bedroom. When anyone goes up or down the stair the noise is similar to someone hitting the metal hull of a ship with a sledge hammer, yes coupled with the vibration. The suite in itself was nice with great supply of detergents, cleaning supplies and paper products. Would be nice to have instruction on what to do with the recycling as there was a bin in the room and we left it there full. According to some other comments on the in room guest book, the toilets are small( need the elongated ones) and low. Some suggestions for the kitchen. Get a knife block with knifes, storing then in the drawers makes them dangerous and dulls them up really quick. Instead of the standard sharpening steel suggest you get a 3 in 1 kitchen knife sharpener from Amazon for $ 13.99. Also a cheese grater and a cheese slicer and plastic kitchen service spoons would be nice. Great selection of spices were available in the kitchen. The cutlery was a bit of a mismatch. Some plates and glassware were chipped and should be discarded. I am sure the location is great in the summer with access to Jeep tours and hiking trails.
