“The check-in staff are rude and horrible. Words like "the lobby is not the living room of the guest" and "you cannot be here" were spoken within 5 seconds of entering the lobby the first day! It doesnt matter what the check-in staff previously have experienced they should not speak to guest like that. Horrible! Staff in the bar/restaurant are really sweet and service minded. “Trevlig personal med suveränt bemötande! Rent och fint hotell. Vi bodde i juniorsuite 4 personer vilken var bra med mycket plats för alla saker som man har på skidsemester. Bra frukost. Kvällsbuffen var bra, men ljudnivån mycket hög. ”

“Really was a lovely place to stay. Staff always helpful and chatty. Room was immaculate and so was the hotel. I really cannot fault. The food was excellent with lots of choice and fresh. They certainly did not cut corners with lovely meat dishes, lots of fresh fruit, fresh breads really nice.
