“great location and fun place to stay”

“No reception, you had to call a phone number and get a password for the digital doorlock. We had to wait 25 minutes in telephone que until answered. Then when answered they said the hotel was overbooked and our room therefore not available. They had no excuse and according to the hotel we finally managed to find with an available room on a fully booked site, they said that this hotel do so over and over again to be sure having it fully booked even with last minutes cancelled rooms. “Customer service was good... they needed to nickel and dime us for another 30 bucks because of a last minute addition.. so fyi, they do care about how many people are in your room. Would have been nice to have a smoking area somewhere on property... also would have been nice to be told what to do at checkout. I was never instructed what to do with the key, nor given the wifi password. But.. the reason this property gets a 10/10.. was simply do to the showers water pressure. It felt like a fire...

“We booked here last minute due to some mix up in reservations but for a last minute spot it was great. It is right on the board walk, making it easy access. Owners were great and attentive to any and all needs! I will say the bathroom could be a bit cleaner but overall we would book here again !! ”
