“Great staff. Breakfast was very well maintained. Attentive staff. Great new facility.”

“The ice machines didn’t work. There was stuff lying all around the place from the construction which was not disclosed when making the reservation. I feel I paid way too much for this room. I would not recommend staying here.”

“I forgot to bring my own pillow. If I were to book again I will have to bring my own pillows. The curtains remain open with no way to close at night.”

“Trevlig personal och fint rum.”

“Elevator was broken—there was no shower curtain in our room—we had to walk down stairs because of elevator being broke”

“This is a nice hotel, but we ran into a couple of issues. Unfortunately, our room did not get cleaned on our two-night stay. Also, the toilets are so loud that they will literally make you jump. You might think I'm overreacting, but they are truly obnoxious. The automatic coffee maker in the lobby was the best and Robert at the front desk was also great. Also, a good location for our visit to KC.”

“Wanted to charge us to check in less than an hour early. Or room was even ready. Otherwise it was a good stay. Would definitely stay again”

“Staff was lovely. Breakfast was nice and had a good selection. Parking was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby had a smell, but the rest of the hotel was great.”

“Great staff and the property was well maintained.”

“Great staff, clean room, quiet.”

“Väldigt dålig frukost. Inte alls bra!”

“Was clean and friendly staff.”
