“The communication was the best we have ever experienced in renting an apartment overseas in 30 years! Florent gave great directions, instructions, and made us feel welcome. The apartment had so many well thought out additions to a rental experience. I just wished every rental experience were so easy. ”

“Nice small studio but with some issues. Quite a few flies inside when I arrived. This is probably because it's on a farm with sheep. Found several long hairs in bathroom and on dining table which is gross. Bedsheet was rough stretchy material. No soap on arrival and I had to request it from the host. This sort of basic thing being overlooked is really not acceptable. The exterior photos do not reflect that a second guest property, called the Naisonette has been constructed next to this...

“We loved this place. We were a little worried about finding it and parking in such a busy area, but there really is plenty of parking immediately nearby (though it will cost you). The building itself was exactly where it said on google maps, and even has a paper sign on door for it. Easy walking to the beach and shopping. Room itself was clean and comfortable and had what we needed. Communication with host was great. Would recommend, just be aware that free parking is at least a 10 minute walk...
