“This flat was perfect for our needs. Clean with a well stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer. Plenty of seating for eating a great couch for downtime and a very comfortable bed. We liked the easy access to highways to get to Gettysburg and other places we had on our agenda. It is also minutes away from gas and groceries which were very helpful for us. We would stay there again.”

“This property is being occupied by someone, I assume the owner. The drawers and closets were full of personal items, including loose cash, and of course this was not the locked "owner" areas. The freezer was too full to put anything in, and so I left and had to find lodging elsewhere. VRBO says they will resolve this to my satisfaction, but that's yet to happen.”

“The place was clean and check in was seamless. It is a very basic, no frills apartment. The kitchen has very basic items. Not very conducive for cooking much. The bed was comfortable. I would recommend it for anyone needing a place to sleep but not too hang out in.”

“The location of the apartment is in one of the more beautiful areas of Baltimore, and along with many of the other apartments and townhomes, has a very historic/antique feel to it. This little refurbished apartment was once a shop of some sort with the large bay windows and staging area for props or designs on display. This quaint studio dripped with old timey character and modern style. The area was neat and clean with minimal items to clutter and only essential items provided....

“Upon arriving at the property I reserved for the weekend, I was shocked to find that another party was already occupying the space. This not only caused a major disruption to my travel plans but also created an unsafe and distressing situation for me as a woman traveling with my two daughters. The owner never responded when I needed assistance I even had my groceries for the weekend delivered there and they had to be thrown out bc the hotel could now accommodate the food. “Two things I would say first, whoever installed the toilet paper holders, installed them upside down and when you try to unroll The paper it would fall off of the holder. Secondly, if you could put darker shades on the windows to block out the light. Other than that, it was a perfect trip.”

“This is one of the best rentals I have experienced, probably since I began using these types of services. The host communicated quickly (even on Sunday) and didn't have a bunch of fluff to make check in or check out frustrating. If I am in the Baltimore area again, I will definitely rent from this host.
