Stylishly decorated using a palette of white, blonde wood and pale green accents, the property has a light and bright feel to it. There is dining seating for four, living seating for two/three and outdoor seating for two. The living room leads onto a fully equipped kitchen, which leads out through French doors to a private courtyard. The bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and an over-bath shower.

Please note that this property is managed by the owner. Once the booking has been taken, your contact details will be passed to the owner of the property and they will be your point of contact throughout your stay. The owner will also provide you with check in/out instructions and will provide any assistance with queries during your stay.
Rentals commence, unless otherwise arranged with the agent, at 3.00pm on the day of arrival and terminate at 10.00am on the day of departure. Any departure after this time, unless previously agreed, will incur a late departure surcharge of £45.

An extra charge of £25 will be payable for abortive appointments, due to the tenants failing to honor the agreed time
