Club lounge on top floor with excellent city views and good choice of snacks and canapés. Staff in club lounge really are excellent and give a great welcome and flawless service. Hotel shuttleboat to Sathorn BTS is very useful. I will soon return.”
“Picture perfect, brand new hotel by the river. Rooms, pool, restaurants, seating areas are all very pretty and comfortable.
Breakfast is good with a lot of choices. Staff is nice, friendly and efficient. The atmosphere of the whole place is very calm and relaxing.
Location, however, is not great, not much to do in the surroundings in terms of restaurants and cafes. A couple of 7/11's where you can get drinks and snacks though.
There is a hotel ferry boat to Icon Siam shopping center and Saphan...

It’s perfect location by the river and they have everything you need during your stay .
Only thing we can recommend to improve is that the pools are a little bit cold , even that is 30 in the air , it’s still cold to jump in the pool. But overall a super good Hotel !!”

Vi fick hjälp med förvaring av bagage tills incheckningstiden då vi landade väldigt tidigt i Bangkok. Ligger 2 kvarter ifrån skytrainstationen Surasak. Erbjuder servicen vanlig taxibil till flygplatsen från hotellet 500 baht (2024). Rekommenderas!”

"Old 5 star hotel that is still 5 star but main thing is one of the best locations in Bangkok just across the river from ICONSIAM. Dinner at restaurant Siam Yacht Club within Sheraton was amazing.
