“The location and views at this hotel are fantastic, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the high price tag. Several aspects were disappointing: the gym was unavailable, the spa was fully booked for our entire stay, and the indoor pool was dirty. We booked the jacuzzi, but it was cold upon arrival and only started warming up after 40 minutes—by then, our time was up as the next guests arrived. Breakfast was decent, with clean and simple options, but the coffee was awful. Staff...

“They have a fantastic ocean view, very welcoming and eco-friendly. Playa La Boca is a great place for beginner surfers too. They have multiple outdoor spaces with ocean views. I would only recommend some more cushions on the outdoor searing and that Marley doesnt bark before 9am, but he is a sweet dog.”

“La habitación no estaba completa, toallas con hongos, sábanas sucias y cortinas inadecuadas para un buen descanso ”

“This was the best place I could have chosen for my week long visit to Valparaiso! Set atop a small hill a mile south of Sotomayor Square the guest house is in a more quiet neighborhood. This area is convenient for visiting the UNESCO areas, but much more peaceful and safe for walking around. The room (I chose #3) had a view of the garden/ courtyard and was always cool and comfortable even in the hot weather. Every morning there was a delicious breakfast and the hosts were very friendly and...

“We really enjoyed our stay in the small, one-story cottage at the rear corner of the property, accessible through the beautifully appointed side courtyard. Staff was very accommodating when we arrived past the regular breakfast time because of flight changes due to weather.”

“It’s not always easy traveling in another country, but the kindness and hospitality we received made our experience even better. We truly appreciated everything they did for us and felt welcomed throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Concón, Chile. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay with outstanding service and people who genuinely care about their guests, this is the place for you! Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We would...

“it was good”

“The host and the staff were wonderful. Location is great. We enjoyed their suggestions for visiting the fish market and the neighborhood above. And the breakfast was not only abundant but was delicious too!”

“The staff was extremely helpful to fix the flat tyre of my car when we were victims of a gang just entering the city. Watch out when driving a rental and don’t stop when someone tells you to. They repaired my tyre beautifully and quickly. Perfect service throughout.”
