“The information to access the key was incorrect, so we were stuck outside for an hour trying to get ahold of someone from Vrbo to help. The home wasn’t very clean, either. There was dog fur and hair all over the place and food in the microwave. The location was good and the home was cute, but there wasn’t even a door separating the living room from the bedroom, only a curtain that didn’t go all the way across for some sound control. ”

“It was great to be able to have my dog - and the supplies for his stay were a nice touch. But, as a new listing, it was clear that the house was not ready for guests. I wanted to watch the Seahawks game, and the TV was locked down -- even to use apps that I subscribe to. It took hours for a response, at which point I had given up. “The home was lovely and the host was very responsive which we appreciated. The town and area are beautiful and we will be back. Teenagers were super bummed because I didn't catch they had to bring their own Xbox controllers and games so heads up there. We did utilize the yoga tools but would love more workout equipment for the future. Hot tub needed maintenance during our stay, which we called for and that was efficiently handled.”
