“Go for the location alone! The patio is right on Mission Beach, directly on the boardwalk, and the views are fantastic. There’s also a wall A/C unit in the upstairs bedroom, which was a nice bonus if you want a cool place to relax or sleep after a day at the beach.”

“Amanda, the owner, was very difficult to communicate with. The property was advertised having the amenities of paper towels and toilet paper. Upon our arrival, we were notified that a “starter kit” was provided. This interaction with Amanda tainted the trip.”

“Overall, very comfortable studio condo: very clean, nice furniture, and pretty well stocked kitchen. Resort complex is beautiful, meticulously maintained and lovely pool. Balcony is deceptively small and not really very user friendly. Hot water was also minimal. It is located near the main resort entrance, so a bit nosey for me....lots of landscaping maintenance, but great for the property. ”

“We booked six nights for two adults and three children. The pool was fine. The home itself is worn down. The tile in the house is broken, unlevel, and a tripping hazard. The kitchen needs to be refreshed and out of date food items thrown out and new kitchen pans and cooking utensils purchased. Towels are all old and mismatched. The dining table chairs are rickety and there is not enough seating for five people to eat at the dining table. The place is advertised as sleeping five but there is one...
