“A great place to stay in the Santa Cruz mountains. A little tricky to find and get to with winding mountain roads and no signs but that is part of getting away from everything and hanging with the chicks and ducks and geese all a-clucking. Fully stocked bar and kitchen made it so easy to just have fun. The dozens of huge koi fish will practically climb out of the pond when you start feeding them, and the chickens seemed to like Fritos. “We stopped for one night on a long road trip, and this was the best sleep we had all trip! The mattress and pillows were so comfortable. The house itself is gorgeous! Thank you for a restful stay.”

“We’ve stayed here twice and enjoyed both stays. Excellent location, amenities (full kitchen), and views of the ocean. Communication with the staff was responsive and addressed our requests. We’ve seen hummingbirds early evening by the fire pit; a nice source of natural entertainment. Attached are 2 photos: sunset and reflection of the sunrise on the water’s horizon.”

“Great location, nice for a quick stay. Lots of good amenities. Overall pretty clean, the only issue was the bath tub, it was rather dirty upon arrival with what seemed like pet fur. There was a lot of white hairs all over the floor of the tub but other than that it was a good stay. Host is nice and communicates well.”
