“The hot tub was nice until the next day we checked out had no issues then I get a call from the women at the front desk accusing me and my husband of breaking the faucet ? When we left nothing was broken i have pictures of the hot tub. I even folded the blankets and everything. It’s a scam she’s trying to pull by taking our 100 dollar deposit and saying we broke something. It’s disappointing when we enjoyed our time and got yelled at and accused of something we didn’t do. “The most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at. I've had cleaner rooms backpacking through the cheapest hostels in Asia and the staff was unhelpful and uncaring. My room had most likely not been cleaned since Reagan (see pictures) and when I asked them to clean it they just vacuumed the floor the next morning. Never again, 1/10.”
