“Breakfast good & different each day. Had to make my own bed & garbage was not emptied. It’s an 8 floor modern building with comfortable beds & is very quiet. Sadly for such a large hotel it only has 4 handicap parking places so you might have to park in the back 40 like me.”

“This property is nothing like what’s shown online. The photos make it look clean and well-maintained, but the reality is completely different. The condition of this place is unacceptable…dirty throughout, with carpet literally being held together by duct tape, stained and worn dining chairs, and torn bedding that should have been replaced long ago. The elevator (only 1 of 2 available) was dirty and had graffiti, and the entire building smelled strongly of cigarette smoke mixed with body...

“The room was clean but smelled VERY strongly of cleaning product chemicals when we arrived at 5pm. We left and returned at 9pm and the smell was still strong. It is directly across the street from EQC casino and a busy road so it is VERY loud. We could not sleep the entire night. They require a $60 in cash only deposit that you get back at check out. I redialed the number and was assured by the front desk my reservation was fine. I asked if the pool and hot tub were working and told they were.
