I would recommend the room on the back because is more quiet than the room to the street that you can hear some noise. Nice and helpful staff. âQuiet and cozy. I found the bed super comfy and they provided two (!!) pillows. I never had to wait to use the restroom and there was room in the fridge for what I needed. They had some space to allow me to store my luggage between checking out and when it was time to go to the airport. Look forward to staying here again. â

"Hotel with great view on Van Ness, next to california cable car stop leading to port of SFr. Nearby Polk street is nice for restaurants etc. Had a room enclosing the elevator shaft and the noice from was strong. However, I had for some reason no problem sleeping. The good bed might have helped. The restaurant wasnt that that great but there are many nice places around. "
