The Space

Designed with families in mind, this spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom home comfortably accommodates guests while providing plenty of room to gather together or spread out and unwind.

After a day of exploring the area's hiking trails, rivers, or ski slopes, cozy up in the living room around the inviting fireplace—the perfect spot to enjoy a warm drink, play board games, or simply relax after a day of adventure.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to family dinners, and the adjacent dining area makes it easy for everyone to enjoy meals together.

Fire up the charcoal BBQ grill for an outdoor family cookout, then end the evening soaking in the private hot tub, tucked beneath a beautiful gazebo so you can relax comfortably rain or shine.

Please note that charcoal is not provided for the grill. Additionally, during periods of elevated wildfire risk, local burn bans may prohibit the use of charcoal grills. These restrictions are implemented for the safety of our community and surrounding forests, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Comfort Year-Round

While the home does not have central air conditioning, each of the three bedrooms is equipped with its own standalone air conditioning unit to help keep sleeping areas cool and comfortable during the warmer summer months. Combined with the cool mountain evenings, these units provide a pleasant environment for a restful night's sleep.
