“We booked this property as a last-minute vacation. Communication with Cody was very prompt plus he sent us links to so much useful information about the area. The home was absolutely gorgeous as described and was well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect and in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We loved staying at this house for our Lake Powell trip. It is so beautiful! It’s in a great location right near a gas station in case you need ice or gas before heading to the lake, and about 8-10 minutes west from the Wahweap marina. It has 4 bedrooms that slept all of our guests comfortably, we had a total of 9 mostly adults. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and dish you need to make any kind of meal. “The house was cozy and quiet. We stayed a whole week and it felt like we were home from the first night on. The neighbors were quiet and maybe invisible because I never even saw them lol. The neighborhood has a nice sidewalk to wonder on. The garage is very large we were able to fit two SeaDoos in it and there is also enough room next to the house to fit a boat.”

"Only 1 tiny pillow per bed, but when we gently asked for more pillows ”they were out of them” And they where far from fully booked so they could hav borrowed from another room. "

"First of all, the booking said "View" but the view is for the hotel, not the room. After getting a room with a view of the hotel parking lot we complainef and got switched to a room with the actual view. The hotel feels a bit outdated in general and the AC unit in our new room was so loud it was hard to fall asleep. The breakfast is a joke 1/10 seriously. Everything is served on one off products like paper plates, plastic forks and cups. No vegetables in sight basically only bread, some beans (which was good tho) and store bought waffle dough."
