Denna 3 br / 3. 5 badrum två nivå hem 8 sovplatser, och är perfekt beläget för bekväm tillgång till alla fantastiska saker att göra i Pagosa Springs. Nära National Forest, sjö, flod och skidåkning samt restauranger, biograf och shopping. Gott om plats för hela familjen. 3 queen size-sängar i 3 privata sovrum, tillsammans med en drottning och två luftmadrasser. Kid essentials tillhandahålls utan extra kostnad (Pack n Play med madrass & lakan, studsare, barnstol, "inomhus camping tält & barnens koppar / diskar, inomhus leksaker & baby pool / sprinkler). VARMA SPRINGAR: Kända helande naturliga varma källor (bara 20 minuter bort) och unna dig en massage och spa-behandling.
SKIEN: Wolf Creek Ski Area (känd för den mest snö i Colorado!) eller utforska området medan längdskidåkning.
Fiske: San Juan-floden för öring, bas, abborre och andra. Njut av fiskefiskfiske i världsklass nedanför Navajo-sjön.
TUBING: Njut av en avkopplande rörtur på floden San Juan
RAFTING: Njut av allt från nybörjare till avancerad forsränning längs floden San Juan
Vandring: Oändliga antal bergsspår. Skräddarsy din vandring efter valfri längd eller kondition. V Rock Hike precis längs vägen.

This place was absolutely incredible for our anniversary getaway. The views were top notch as was the home. It blew us away with all of the amenities and how serene the property was. Eveything was so organized and labeled! They truly are superhosts. Even our pups thoroughly enjoyed the space. The place was a little further out from town than we originally thought, but honestly, the 20 min drive to town is ao peaceful and became one of our favorite parts of the day. I'd give 10 stars if i could. Would absolutely stay here again!

Sensational home away from home

Beautiful property with the best accommodations we have ever experience. The property managers were very vocal and wonderful hosts. The pantry nearly had everything we needed and more. The property was clean and decorated well. You can tell the owners really care about their guests. The yard games were fun, they had a rope swing and the fire table was in full working order. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back and stay again!

Family ski trip

We stayed 6 nights, went skiing three days at Wolf Creek and explored the area. Lovely home with all the amenities and a secluded location. Overall great stay and would finitely stay here again!

The house itself is great. It's private and accommodating. The views were our favorite part. It is about 30 minutes to pogoas springs but it's a beautiful drive into town. Our only problem with our stay was the housekeeping

Family togetherness always an experience!

Perfect All Around

House in beautiful setting with no close neighbors. Views were outstanding. Clean with everything you could possibly need in super stocked pantry. Very comfortable beds and bathrooms again with anything you might need. Communication with host was great along with ease of arriving and leaving. We could have stayed there a long, long time!! Highly recommended and we hope to return again.

Stunning views and comfortable home

The views from this home were beautiful. The home is very comfortable and well stocked. Communication with the owners was very good. We loved watching the hummingbirds and just enjoying the quiet. There is a lot here for entertaining kids.

Loved everything about this place

The house is beautiful and so peaceful (except for the storms we had every night) being away from town. The owners were great also. The welcome basket was so sweet. Very responsive to messages before, during and after our stay. We will definitely stay here again if we want to stay near Pagosa Springs again. Beautiful property and home. Very well stocked as well. Plenty of room to spread out. We were there in August and temps outside were 51-81 and the home stayed cool.

Peaceful!

The beautiful house is far from the busy town, private and peaceful ! The pantry was well stocked. Ahh clean wood floors I can walk barefoot on. The hummingbirds are a riot. I love the clean washer ! Thank you for the nice wine basket. I can’t wait to place the pretty mountain soap in my guest bath.

Amazing!

The property and view are beautiful. Everything was so well stocked and the attention to detail is amazing. We loved it and so enjoyed sitting on the porch swing watching the wildlife. Alex and Morgan are delightful to communicate with. We will definitely come back!

Colorado Ranch Vacation

Stayed at the ranch almost two weeks with my daughter and her family in late June 2024 to July 3 2024. The owners are so nice and easy to communicate with. The ranch is awesome. Our first time to Colorado and we loved it. It is so peaceful and relaxing at the property. This is the best stocked property I have stayed at ever. There were even plenty of games for the kids inside and out. I could not begin to describe the beautiful views sitting on the porch. Location was great for us a little out of town but close enough to go explore. Pagosa Springs is a beautiful area. This home is beautiful highly recommended and hope to come back. Thank you for having us!

Colorado Adventure

This property was amazing and a great retreat from the city. The house was nice, neat, and prepared for our stay. The owners went above & beyond to make sure we knew all of the details necessary to make sure our time was a success. This is a great place for families to stay.
