“Loved the townhome. Location is on the far side of Pagosa Springs but very close to Walmart and a local grocery store. About a 10-15 minute drive to downtown and the springs and around 35-45 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Area, if there is no traffic. The neighborhood has plenty of sidewalks for walking and was very quiet. The townhouse was perfect for my family, 2 adults and 2 older teenagers.
