Perfekt läge för din semester! Detta tre sovrum, två badrum hem ligger i hjärtat av vackra, historiska centrum Pagosa Springs. Hemmet är utrustat med två king size-sängar och två queen size-sängar, alla med mysiga sängkläder för att hålla dig smakrik och bekväm. Det sover totalt 8 personer. Det finns två badrum (ett övervåningen, ett nedervåningen) som ger precis rätt mängd avskildhet. Det rymliga vardagsrummet har en stor tvärsnittsskinnsoffa och platt-TV, liksom varje sovrum, så ingen behöver missa det viktiga fotbollsspel eller deras favoritprogram. Det stora, rustika matbordet är perfekt för din familj att njuta av måltiderna tillsammans. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver för att laga mat och baka till ditt hjärta. Det finns en rymlig bubbelpool som är undangömd i ett privat utrymme på norra sidan av huset, perfekt för att blötlägga trötta ben efter en lång dag med skidåkning eller snowboard.

  • We took a 5 day rafting trip down the San Juan. Our second camp site at Hanaker had an amazing hike up the canyon wall to a look out over the river and canyon. Very hot hike, but the views were amazing. If I did this one again, I would probably go in the morning. The raft trip itself is pretty easy, only one Class III rapid. Beyond PERFECT for our family adventure! Awesome kitchen, big enough for many people at one time, huge stove! So well stocked, they even had a pastry brush! NICE dishes, not an odd mismatched collection...and even cloth placemats! LOTS of windows for bright light. Loved the outdoor seating. Beds were comfy. Everything was super clean! Cozy! The hosts were incredibly responsive, helpful and kind. The sweet welcome gift was over the top! Our grands loved the toy selection, and the sweet toddler-sized table and chairs - we loved the gate keeping them safe from the stairs.LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! We parked and never got in our car again until we left! Tons of parking space.We love visiting Pagosa and this location was the best ever! The history was an added bonus. We are already planning our return. Thank you!

Perfect downtown stay

My family loved our stay. The location was perfect for walking to coffee, restaurants, hot springs & shopping. The home was clean and perfect size for 3 couples & 2 dogs. The house also had everything you could need and more (kitchen stuff, dog clean up, and games). We will be back!

Always amazing

We’ve stayed here a few days in February for many years. This is by far the nicest Vrbo we’ve ever stayed in. It’s more like using a friend’s vacation home because of the way they provide for the guests. I can’t say enough good about them.

Awesome!

This was for a family Thanksgiving. Our son owns a home 3 blocks away so we were familiar with the area. Too much family for only his house and this was perfect for our daughter and family and my husband and I. The location to shopping and restaurants was wonderful. Everyone either skied all day or spent time walking around town. We loved the house. It was comfortable and well stocked with anything you might want! We appreciated the quick response to any questions from the host. We loved staying here.

Location, location, location!

Couldn’t have asked for any better. Walking distance to everything. Clean, well stocked home. They have thought of everything. Colorado weather was un typically warm for this time of year, so we had to adjust things to keep the house cool. Hosts were great & easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay there if we go to Pagosa Springs again.

Ideal Location

The house was ideal for our girl's trip and it was perfectly situated for exploring town on foot. The house was just as charming as it appears in the listing and the garden was lovely, offering privacy and a few deer. The upstairs deck overlooking the downtown area was ideal for relaxing in the rain. Would return again- when the house is available.

Best Vacation Rental

We all decided this house was the best we’ve ever rented, the kitchen had everything, from big to small cookware and bowels, loved the layout, the big dinning table for family meals, what can I say, everything about this house and the location is amazing, we walked to the Springs and Roses for breakfast,, also the owners were very generous in giving us a 2:00 check out the day we left.so we had extra rest and cleaning and packing time. Perfect Group Ski and Hot Springs Trip

The home and location are both fantastic. Lots of space for a small group. The hosts were great, very easy and accommodating and even gave a little bonus for some baked goods from down the street. Walked to the hot springs and the best parts of main Street. Will def be back.

Fun family vacation!

We were looking for a place to stay within walking distance to the springs, some restaurants, and shopping. The house did not disappoint. They were also sweet enough to give us a gift certificate to the bakery and one of the hot spring places. They also have games and toys for kids to play with during down time.

Christmas Getaway

This property was perfect, we will definitely stay here again! The proximity to town was an easy walk or very short drive. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Lots of space to enjoy family. Hot tub, balcony, yard, and porches were a bonus. Communication was great and they even left us a $25 gift certificate to the Pagosa Bakery which was amazing! We had a wonderful time at this property. It was well stocked with every thing you’d need or want. Highly recommended. Thank you!!

Great Accommodations!!

The property is gorgeous and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The communication with owner was quick and efficient. The location is perfect! We walked to the hot springs, dinner, the balloon fest and parks. Our 6 year old loved discovering all of the toys to play with and loved exploring the beautiful home~ We will be back! Best home we;ve stayed in!

Quaint House Walking Distance

We loved this house and we were able to walk most places in town! The host was extremely accommodating and responsive. We had a hot water pipe burst in our home so this was a bit impromptu but the host made our reservation and check in process easy.

Perfect house

This was one of our favorite houses ever! Wonderful hot tub, huge washer & dryer, high end gas stove. The grill was great & the location was perfect for walking to town & hot springs.
