  • Om du letar efter ett bra familjehem nära det fantastiska Turkiet Springs Trail System med över 30 miles av vandrings- / cykelleder och Lake Hatcher med några av de bästa öring i Pagosa Springs, är Pagosa Peak Retreat hem för dig.

    På bottenvåningen finns ett extra stort och fullt utrustat kök som öppnar till matsal och vardagsrum med nya lädermöbler, gaspis, stor platt-TV och gott om plats för alla att umgås. Rummet är stort med gott om naturligt ljus och öppnar sig mot det stora bakdäcket med gasgrill, bord, stolar och underbar utsikt över dalen. Ner i salen hittar du master sviten med king size-säng, TV, delat badrum och stor walk in closet. Det stora sovrummet har också skjutdörrar som går ut på bakdäcken. På huvudnivån finns också ett pulverrum och tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

    På övervåningen finns 2 extra stora sovrum, alla med queen size-sängar, walk in closets och dela ett gemensamt badrum med separata handfat tillgängliga för varje sovrum. B��da sovrummen har fantastisk utsikt över bergen, dalen och sjön Hatcher.

    Detta hem ligger nära Piedra Road för enkel åtkomst, har gott om parkering nära dörren och RV eller leksak trailer parkering på sidan.

Great pet friendly home in Pagosa Springs!

We had a great stay in Pagosa Springs, our first time traveling with our pup. Plenty of room for everyone and everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked too!

Great cabin retreat

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Quiet neighborhood with great views close to town and recreational activities. We would definetely stay here again!

Great home in quiet neighborhood

Loved the home, and the view of the mountains in the morning through the trees was amazing. Lori with VIP vacations communicated with us promptly every time we had a question, and we will be looking at pagosavacationhomes.com for our next rental when we return. Thanks for a great stay!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our week at Arbor Retreat! The house has wonderful views, front and back decks, and is overall comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked so we could make many home-cooked meals. We were close to hiking and fishing and close enough to town to get whatever we needed. The Hatcher Lake neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, so you can view stars perfectly at night. We’d definitely stay here again. Also, hands down amazing service by Natalee, Lori, and everyone else at VIP.

Great Experience

The residence we stayed in was a perfect one for our family. It was very clean, well equipped, and spacious. The location is terrific...right in the middle of everything but yet very private. We were able to do everything we had planned and then some. The staff could not have been more helpful.. we already have begun planning g our next stay in Pagosa Springs!!!

Wonderful mountain neighborhood home

Feom the ease of communication with the property managers, to the view from the kitchen window, this home was exactly what we were looking for. This home made a great place to hang out and rest up and a great base camp for Jeep driving. It's a quiet neighborhood very close to turkey springs road which was our first Jeep trail of the trip. Its a little bit out of town and there were mule deer all over the roads!

Not quite as advertised

The property is beautiful and accommodated our large group of 3 adults and 5 children. There is NO internet though which I would have never booked if I knew this, since I had to work. None of our calls were returned. No pillow cases but the 2 on the bed or sheets for the hide-a-bed. Coffee pot does not fit the coffee maker (too short) thus the first pot of coffee did not go well. We had a wonderful time but I had to buy internet jet pack from Verizon in town to meet my needs and again no one returned my messages.

Misleading listing -- NOT a new home, NO lake view & NO AC

*Check in was easy. *Nice basket of snacks *Good communication w/ owner but we had to inquire about location of the communal pool & never found info on massage as listed. *Spacious rooms w/ well stocked kitchen *Nice back deck but no awning/c over so when it rained you couldn't enjoy it & the tables & cushions were soaked *This is not a NEW home as listed, the neighbors said it was remodeled. *The backsplash in the kitchen is unfinished *The outlet in the master bedroom by the door did not work. *Master toilet had paint splatters all over *Master sliding door didn't unlock, we had to use a key to move the latch & there is no track for the screen door, it just lays over the glass door *NO AC - this wasn't revealed on the website *Ceiling fans in all rooms are too small for the size of the rooms especially since there is NO AC *There is a lake but this home doesn't have a lake view as listed. Be prepared for a long walk or drive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This trip was to attend a celebration of life for my brother who was a long term resident of Pagosa Springs. Thus, we did not spend much time in the house. The time we did spend was delightful. It is a beautiful house with excellent views. Coffee and birdwatching on the back deck was a wonderful way to start each day. The house was clean, very nicely furnished and has an attractive layout. The only improvement I would suggest is putting twin beds in one of the upstairs bedrooms. This would make the house more attractive to unrelated adult guests.

There were a couple of very minor issues that were quickly resolved by the managers. The internet went out, but the managers quickly brought us a hot spot to work from. This was very helpful since I had some work to finish and my cell phone company was throttling my internet speed making it difficult to get work done. My husband discovered a few dirty utensils/dishes that someone had put away before checking if they were clean, not that big of deal in the grand scheme of things. Overall, beautiful place and location, would definitely stay here again!

When with fmily for a quick getaway, house was clean and very well stocked. Communication was very good prior with a concierge service for activities and rentals. The property was about 15 minutes away from the hot springs and main street. Being pet friendly there was no smell of pets when we stayed…very important, would recommend to management to add central ac, we would have paid more for that. Will probably be back to get some fishing in ….
