Trägolv, stor täckt balkong med grill och utemöbler med utsikt över floden, master badrum har king size-säng, klädkammare, tv & bubbelbadkar och stor duschkabin, och privat balkong med utsikt över floden, drottning badrum w / garderob, marknivå har kung sovrum w / tv och privat täckt uteplats ut till floden, våningssäng rum har 2 uppsättningar våningssängar, garderob, tv. Tvättmaskin torktumlare är på övre plan nära master badrum., Hemmet är fullt utrustat med alla krukor / panna, servis, serveringsfat, redskap, glas, vinglas, kaffemuggar, kureig kaffebryggare och en vanlig kaffebryggare, våffeljärn , mixer, brödrost, etc. ... Detta stadshem har en privat hiss om du inte vill använda trappan, 2 bilgarage, sidogården för kiddos att leka i, kajak och 3 cyklar för gästerna. Jag har fyra andra fastigheter tillgängliga i stan längs floden om du har flera familjer eller en stor grupp vi kan rymma dem.

Loved it!

Stayed 4 nights and skied at Wolf Creek. The townhouse was perfect for our group and communication with the property manager was excellent. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone traveling to Pagosa Springs.

Nice place to stay for skiing at Wolf Creek Pass. House was in good condition. Garage is small if you have a full sixe SUV or Truck.

AMAZINGGGGGGG!

We visited Pagosa Springs and could not be happier with this beautiful condo! Location is within walking distance to hot springs, shopping, and amazing food. The creek is right outside the back porch and the soothing sounds of the water was heaven! Definitely would recommend for a friend!

River front/hot springs

This condo had an excellent location within walking distance of the hot springs, showing, and food. It was a beautiful place, clean, well-maintained, and ADA-accessible. Unfortunately, it did snow the day we arrived, and we had to scoop the drive ourselves.

Great Stay

We had a blast. This was our first trip to SO Colorado and it is beautiful. This property is just as advertised. Walking distance to downtown, fishing right out the back door, and a great view of the river. Mule deer greeted us in the yard when we arrived. Communication with the property owner were timely and accurate. Check in was seamless. We hope to return.

Great stay for easy access!

We stayed here three nights just before Christmas in order to go skiing at Wolf Creek for a couple of days. Everyone in the family really enjoyed it! The beds were very comfortable (although the sheets were too staticky for my liking), and all the rooms were nice and warm and cozy. The fireplace heats up the living room quickly and significantly, and having a garage we could park in was an excellent luxury given how cold it was outside while we were there. The location is perfect - on a quiet street overlooking the river, but close enough to town to get to restaurants and shops and very easy access to the road that leads to the slopes. The rooms were great and we had enough space to spread out but not so much that we lost each other. It was a wonderful space and we will definitely come back!

Beautiful and convenient!

This was a perfect place for our family of 10, ages 8-72. Pros: You can’t beat the location! The space is perfect to give both privacy and quality time together. Kitchen had everything we needed. The elevator was great for the grandparents. King/ twin beds were very comfy. View of the river from the balconies was gorgeous. Cons: Queen mattress was uncomfortable and had a big dip in center. Windows were drafty, so consider bringing blankets to use in living room and twin beds. A couple more chairs in living area would be nice. Overall I would highly recommend. The property was very nice, clean and plenty of space. Communication with property manager was prompt.

Short Notice

Megan responded quickly for a short notice stay and we are very grateful. Loved the 2 masters. Layout was great and clean. Master beds are very comfy. Suggestions... in the living room, trade tv with wall with mirror, because of light and a sectional would fit in there very easily and would be more comfortable, especially for more folks. LR furniture not comfy. Since vac rentals are going more towards satellite TV stations, would appreciate written directions and to have and know what stations can work for us folks that are not familiar with this. Should have some for the $$. It would be great if the downstairs master had window covering for the sliding glass door. Would love to stay there again. The river is awesome and location. Thanks again for a great getaway.

Perfect location in Pagosa Springs

Our family had a a great time in pagosa springs. The home is in located a perfect location. We were within easy walking distance to many food locations and activities which is exactly what we were looking for. We wanted to enjoy the outdoors and community. We enjoyed the local “free” riverside hot springs, tubed down the river with the raft rental and drop off option through Pagosa Outside adventures, and were able to play in the river right outside the back of the house with just a small jump down from the back patio. The home was all that we needed for our group of 8! 5 adults and three kids. The only real issues with the home is that during summer months it can be warm on the upper two levels due to no A/C. Windows can be opened but it didn’t usually cool the house until after 9pm. The home is 3 floors. Bottom level temp stays very comfortable. The ceiling fan was not working in the upstairs master bedroom. The property manager did drop off a box fan for that room the following morning after we notified her of the temp and fan not working. Communication was good. The patio decks and furniture were pretty dirty due to wind and dust in the area , but I did locate a hose on the side of the house that was long enough for me to rinse the deck down the main level. Overall, we had a great experience. My only complaint really with VRBO and Air B&B is the new growing “to do lists” being added on top of the ever growing cost of cleaning fees. We pay enough in fees to not have to do chores. This is an overall issue with the vacation rental market right now. Not necessarily this property only. I’m new to VRBO but have used AIR B&B a lot. I would still recommend this property and stay again if in Pagosa springs!
