“The lanai view of the harbor, jetty, whales, and turtles is mesmerizing. Ma’alaea is an excellent location — easy drive to anywhere on Maui plus the Maui Ocean Center, the cruises out of the harbor, and the shops — loved it all.”

“Had a great time at the condo. Our host was easy to get ahold of and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The condo was in a great location close to the beach, shopping and everything else we needed. Would highly recommend!”

“We were unable to get in for the first night because the door code didn't work. So, things happen during travel. The question isn't was everything perfect: it's what do people do when there's a problem? VRBO stepped up and helped us get settled for the night. Our hostess was mortified and pulled out all the stops. We had a wonderful stay because the people involved took responsibility and made things right. That's class.”

“Location was perfect. Host was quick and responsive. Included dedicated parking space is a plus. Apartment is very well stocked with anything you might need for cooking or a day at the beach. And you can see the ocean out the patio doors; the view is spectacular. Just a few minor things to note. The air conditioning in the bedroom was very loud, like a jet engine. The king bed was extremely soft due to a foam topper. We didn't think to remove it until we woke up with kinks in our necks. Lastly,...

“Overall, our stay was good. We did have a couple of issues while there. First of all, the dryer was not working, but a couple of phone calls got a maintenance technician out to repair it. While there he also replaced the refrigerator light bulb which blew on day 2. He didn't have the correct bulb, but used a substitute which was considerably dimmer, but worked. The last issue was a lack of any kind of mixing and/or serving bowls. We made do with baking pans, etc., but still, no bowls? ”
