“Food and the service level are really bad. Tried to order room service twice, they told me they are very busy and will call back which never happened, so we gave up. Booked the Japanese restaurant one night, when we arrived they told us there is no table available (luckily, since the place looks really awful). Plenty of options nearby 5mins from the hotel. “Sandra, with the aid of Google Translate made us feel welcome and at ease straight away. The cottage we stayed in was quirky, very clean and well-equipped including free WiFi. Local facilities aren't so good, you'll definitely need a car and the local beaches aren't ideal for swimming or snorkelling but there is a pool to lounge in and around. Noumea is about half an hour drive away and there are some museums and things to do there. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay there...
