The caretakers were also excellent in relating to my daughter who has special needs. To top it off, they also offered horseback rides on trails and down to the river. “The view is priceless! The place while not huge, fit our family of 5. The pool is really special, especially on hot days. This very unique place includes stars you'd never see in a city, access to near-private waterfalls, and beautiful nature paths. However, we made the mistake of not renting (you have to have a private car to enter the gated community) a 4-wheel drive vehicle. This place NEEDS one even to just get up the driveway. “We loved our stay. Relaxing and surrounded by beauty. Co-mingling with peacocks, chickens, Guinea hens, turkeys, ducks and more was so fun. We did hear some of them in the mornings, but that was part of the charm for us. Very clean and felt very safe. A small note: If you are scent sensitive, make the host aware. The linens all had a strong perfume scent to them. ”
